  • I offer sliding scale plans for established clients that are experiencing sudden financial hardships, such as job loss or unexpected life expenses, to minimize disruption in the therapeutic process.

I offer Package Deals (4 sessions) as an option to receive discounted sessions, which are outlined below:

    • Individual Counseling - $480 (save $20!)

    • Therapeutic Yoga - $100 (save $10)

Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable, and do not expire.

  • I am an out-of-network (OON) provider and do not bill insurance directly. This is approach is what allows me to focus on quality of services instead of quantity of clients.

Did you know that most PPO plans offer out-of-network coverage? Many insurance plans offer this benefit without us realizing it! Once you verify that your plan offers OON, I will provide you with a superbill that can be submitted to your insurance for reimbursement.

OON can be used for counseling sessions, yoga services, and mindfulness workshops, as these services help treat a mental health condition!

  • I accept credit cards, HSA/FSA, and cash payment. A card on file is required even if you plan on paying with cash.

  • I kindly request a 24-hour notice for any cancelled or rescheduled sessions. I offer a one-time “free pass” for unexpected situations, such as illness or emergencies. Once the "free pass" has been used, any session not cancelled within the 24-hour window will be charged the equivalent of the service fee.

You can cancel or reschedule a session in your client portal.

  • Accelerated Resolution Therapy or ART is an evidence-based practice that is effective in accurately identifying and healing the root cause of a presenting issue, such as trauma, depression, anxiety, phobias, and addiction, to name a few.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy yields stronger results than EMDR. Click here to learn more!

  • As a therapist trained in both EMDR and ART, I quickly noticed that clients needed to invest in a lot of time, money, and emotional labor with EMDR compared to ART.

Oftentimes, EMDR came with negative side effects —such as fatigue, emotional sensitivity, and increased dreams about the traumatic event, that would last days after the session. In ART, the strongest negative sensations typically lasts no more than 10 minutes (!!!) and most individuals continue to feel better afterwards.

While EMDR has long been recognized as a powerful tool for processing trauma, ART builds upon its foundation with significant advancements:

    • Faster Results: ART allows clients to resolve a single issue in 1-5 sessions, whereas EMDR typically requires 6-12 sessions for similar outcomes.

    • Minimal Re-Traumatization: Unlike EMDR, which often requires clients to relive and verbalize traumatic events, ART enables clients to reprocess painful memories without discussing them in detail.

    • Targeted Visualization: ART includes a unique visualization component, helping clients replace negative images and emotions with empowering, positive mental imagery.

    • Broad Application: ART’s structured approach makes it highly effective for a wider range of mental health symptoms and conditions.

These enhancements make ART a more efficient and less invasive option for individuals seeking rapid and lasting relief from their symptoms.

  • Yoga sessions and mindfulness events are open to both clients and community members but are separated accordingly. For instance, clients will have their own separate groups for ethical reasons and can schedule sessions through their client portal. Non-clients and professional contacts may schedule through the website.

  • As your therapist, I can assure you that I can handle all of your symptoms! My first clinical role was a residential counselor at a treatment facility for severe alcohol and substance use, where I worked closely with my mentor to understand the holistic nature of addiction and other co-occuring mental health conditions. Like with all disorders, I view addiction as a symptom with a root cause— which is oftentimes unresolved trauma or other individual factors.

Nonetheless, please know that the level of care I provide is not ideal for those who are actively using. This is because active substance abuse requires additional support from a higher level of care that my practice is unable to provide— such as detox, inpatient treatment, or some level of intensive outpatient care, depending on your unique circumstances. The Initial Assessment utilizes ASAM criteria to determine the most appropriate level of care. My practice is most supportive for individuals recovering from addiction who have recently completed treatment and have been sober for a period of time seeking to heal the root cause of their addictions so that they can prevent relapse.

If you or a loved one are actively struggling with an addiction, please visit the SAMHSA website for help.

  • I provide ESA letters, FMLA paperwork, and other documentation for a flat rate of $50 per item for established clients!

New clients or returning clients require an Initial Assessment and two follow-up sessions to determine eligibility.
